Families, schools, council teams and people who want to drive or assist all come through the same route for now, and all get a reply. We are not publishing personal contact details for individuals, and we would ask you not to send a child's information through a web form. When we are running, there will be a proper support route with people behind it.

Before we launch, the way to reach us is the form on this site. Tell us who you are — a parent, a school, a council team, someone who wants to drive for us — and roughly what you need, and we will come back to you. Please do not send your child's details, medical information or anything else sensitive through a web form; when we are running, there will be a proper route for that. For now, a name and a sentence about what you are after is plenty.
